The Delivery of products or systems from Bandit Technology is achieved through various avenues and these choices are governed by the parcel weight and the locality. For those residing in the Adelaide Metropolitan Area or the surrounding hills the choice of using our local courier (Adelaide Parcel Delivery), or for small items – Australia Post; is an option. For country South Australia and interstate it’s TNT Express or Australia Post.

We require a physical address. An authorized signatory needs available to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended redelivery attempts may be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.

When an order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation which will include the order tracking number.

We shall not be held liable for delayed, damaged, or lost goods during shipment. Optional insurance for goods can be requested but will incur an additional charge.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to Bandit Technology with 24hrs via email or fax (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened or used.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Note: Before any purchase is charged a validation of the goods being within our suppliers stocks, your delivery options and the estimated time of arrival are sent via email for your approval.

Small Items

Small items under 7kg most times can be delivered by Australia post.  Bandit Technology generally wraps these items in a protective layer of bubble wrap in addition to the already provided protection offered by the manufacturer. Most items will be costed at 15 dollars with any extras being discussed before purchase.

APD - Adelaide Metropolitan Area and Surrounding Hills

APD Parcel delivers our products to the Adelaide Metropolitan Area, Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and Victor Harbour. An early morning pickup will most times result in the goods being delivered that afternoon.

The tracking of these goods is outlined within the provided follow up email after purchase. Below is a listing of the suburbs covered by APD.  Goods delivered to areas that fall outside of these suburbs are couriered by TNT express or Australia Post. The cost of delivery is 15 dollars for items under 20kg.

Bandit Technology use TNT Express to deliver products interstate and country S.A. TNT Express is one of the country’s largest providers of distributions services, with its extensive regional, national and international network of warehouses, sortation hubs and depots all linked by sophisticated technology.

Once your order has been validated a consignment number will be forwarded to your email address of which allows tracking of the goods through the TNT web page at http://www.tnt.com.au/

Please note: TNT Express will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is present at the time of delivery a calling card will be left and you will be required to pick up your order from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery - this service may incur an additional shipping charge.

We cannot ship any orders to P.O. Boxes

As TNT charges on the size of the package or the weight - which ever is the greater, the cost normally ranges from 20 to 30 dollars. The actual cost is determined and sent within our quote.
